Something we don't want to hear at the pediatrician
"Hmm, I don't like the way that (her heart) sounds. I'm sending you for an EKG."
Today was JoyLynn's routine checkup. The EKG also came back irregular & she's now scheduled for an appointment with the pediatric cardiologist on Monday, March 8th. On a positive side, the pediatrician said, whatever it is, has most likely been there for a while & hasn't been causing problems. I think that was supposed to make me feel better, not sure if it did or not.
On the adoption front, our paperwork has been in Ethiopia for a full week. Our second care package left the states today & the A&K will receive it on Sunday if the family's travel stays on schedule. (Bless the family taking the packages to our kids!)
