Hiking!!
Takes on an entirely new meaning with a 4 yr old & 2 year old (I know they say he's 3, but really, they didn't try to hike with him today!).
Mill Creek. Not too challenging, 3 miles in & out, along a creek, in a canyon, beautiful. And yes, it was, on the way in! Did I mention, we only made it about 1/2 way in?
On the way out, Kebrom had had ENOUGH! He cried SO LOUD...I'm sure we were scaring off bears FOR MILES! He cried because he wanted to be in front, because he wanted to be held, because he wanted down, because he fell down...who knows why! We had multiple 'shinty' stops on the way out also (think we might have frightened another lady hiking).
We celebrated at A&W in Hamilton before heading home. Kebrom missed all of the celebration; he passed out nearly the minute the car left the trailhead.
