It's been a big couple of days!!
Atsede lost her first tooth...quite exciting. She insisted Paul pull it, even though by my standards, not quite ready.
We took Kyra to camp this morning. Her first sleep away several days in a row camp. She packed herself & was so excited this morning. It was A&K's longest car ride yet & they did great. We had some extremely tearful moments after leaving Kyra, while we tried to explain to Atsede that Kyra WOULD be coming back home!
Atsede also learned to trust her life vest in Nana's pool. She went, in just 2 shorts days, from a life grip on the side of the pool, to swimming in her vest, face in the water!! WOOHOO!! She also would 'jump' for lower ladder rungs.
We successfully turned in all of Kebrom's poop samples, and one of 3 on Atsede (here's hoping that's enough). Hey, progress, and let me tell you...GROSS, GROSS, GROSS!!!
Brenna & I have been working on her quilt. Trying to decide if we dare try quilting it by ourselves. She's making a log cabin pillow, to match her quilt, so we can give it a go.
Geoffrey comes home two weeks from today, not that I'm counting or anything. His head must be feeling way better, as we're not hearing from him much anymore. Thankfully!
