First BIG Snow
And, it's cold here in Montana.
Atsede was thrilled to wake up to a blanket of white, about 7 inches or so, but drifted from the high winds.
Atsede was less than thrilled with the dog, when he needed to go outside. 'He's peeing on my SNOW!'
Both Atsede & Kebrom adored sledding down the driveway, just enough of a thrill. Kebrom was the first one to share his sled, even if he had just finished meticulously cleaning off the snow, before heading back up. Both kids waited until their hands & toes were aching before they'd come inside.
Tomorrow, promises of below zero temps make the sledding propsect less likely. Both kids are loving winter so far. They're anxiously counting the 'muh tah, muh tah's' (night nights) til Thanksgiving. They have no idea what Thanksgiving is...but can just tell from talking with their siblings, it's going to be good.
